Javier Trelis - Acrylic Male Art
JAVIER TRELIS
The desire for multidisciplinary knowledge, in the manner of the humanists of the Italian Renaissance,
It is the fuse that shoots Javier Trelis when he stands before a surface made of poplar boards to paint his sanguines and pastels. The texture of the wood, with its knots, is ideal for your ethnic, anatomical and nature-themed drawings to take on a life of their own. They are like a window to the outside world through which a detail is observed, a unique and inimitable moment
Natural light guides Javier Trelis' inner gaze and is also the one with which he feels most comfortable, both in the studio and in the middle of nature, camouflaged in the landscape. Nature, according to Javier, is the best teacher of art
Essentially self-taught, Javier Trelis studied for a couple of years at the Alcoy School of Arts and Crafts when he was a child. From that time he remembers the feeling that the corridors of the School gave him, full of sculptures and paintings that, one day, he told himself, he could make, but not before finding his channel of expression, his own style.
Pan Homo Art Gallery is honored to present some of Javier's exquisite artwork.
