Irit Rabinovich Paintings
Irit Rabinovich is an Israeli Lesbian painter born in 1969 in Be'er Sheva in the Negev region of Israel. In her 20's she graduated from the College of Art in Be'er Sheva and moved to Tel Aviv. Her works are mostly colorful and naïve, which include global, Mediterranean and Israeli symbols. This collection presents another side of her work, self-portraits in black and white, that in her eyes are national and world heroes, representing the longing to save the world from suffering and destruction.
Her works presented in various galleries in Israel, and are sought out by collectors.
