Adrian Frejowski - Contemporary Homo Oil Paintings
Adrian Frejowski is a Polish gay artist living in Israel with his partner, who paints in oil. On his own words: "My name is Adrian and I am a visual artist from Poland. I started art school in Poland studying painting, calligraphy, design, and film editing and completed my certificate as a sculptor.
I adopted travel as my lifestyle a few years ago. I have lived in Poland, Australia, Iceland, and finally Israel. Over this period, I moved often and I was only able to carry a few tubes of oil paint and some brushes, which eventually awakened my current love with color and oil technique.
Gay culture rouses my creativity more than any other facet of inspiration. I began understanding the differences between us human beings, our preferences, fetishes, and canons of beauty. My learned knowledge has matured enough to be expressed on a canvas. I'm happy to share with you my latest and most inspired works of art!"
